Bid or buy now.
Place bids on timed auctions, or buy fixed-price items right away. Every listing shows the seller’s shipping rate, ship days, carrier and DOA terms before you commit.
Win and pay with your saved card.
Save a card and address once (Verified Checkout) before your first bid. When you win, the seller confirms your order and charges that card. Everything you get from one seller is combined, so you pay shipping once per seller.
Receive your order.
Your seller ships overnight by FedEx or UPS on their ship days (you can pick a preferred date, carrier or local pickup where offered), with tracking on every order.
Protected from start to finish.
If something arrives wrong, report it through AquaBidz within the seller’s claim window, with the proof their policy asks for. We hold the seller’s payout and decide under their terms. How claims work.

Create your seller account.
Apply in minutes and set up your storefront.
Set your terms, then list.
Answer your shipping and store policy questions once: flat rate, ship days, FedEx and/or UPS Overnight, pickup, and your DOA terms. Then use Quick List to add photos, a short video and details, and choose an auction, Buy Now, or both. You can also import existing inventory from Shopify or a spreadsheet.
Reach more buyers.
AquaBidz promotes your listings to a dedicated audience. Featured placements are available for extra visibility.
Charge, then ship.
When an auction ends, review the order and charge the buyer’s saved card with one click. Then ship on your ship days, print discounted labels through AquaBidz if you like, and add tracking.
Get paid.
Your payout is released when your own claim window ends after delivery, unless the buyer opens a claim.
